先週の金曜日の朝、目覚めた時に何だか喉がやたらと痛いので
｢こりゃあ風邪でもひいたかな｣
と思ったのですが、月曜から出張の予定でしたのでとりあえず会社へと向かいました。
昨日まで一緒に仕事をしていた同僚がインフルエンザで休んでいるとのことで、
｢ちょっとマズイ事になったなぁ｣
と思っていたのですが、仕事中に段々と寒気がするようになってきたので体温を測ってみると37.9℃もあります。
午前中で退社させてもらい掛かりつけの病院へ。
インフルエンザの疑いがあるということで、鼻に紙縒りを突っ込んで行なう｢鼻腔拭い式｣で検査を行なっていただきましたが、結果は陰性との事。
ただし発熱してからの時間が短いので、明日もう一度検査してみましょうということになり、解熱と鼻づまりの薬を処方してもらいその日は帰宅しました。
夜に体温を測ってみると38.7℃まで上がっていました。

翌日もう一度検査を行なうと今度は陽性の反応が出たそうで、この時点で出張は延期となってしまいました。

I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
