そろそろバスのシーズンも終了な感じですので、ブルーギルを釣ってみることに。
鱒レンジャーという５フィートのグラスロッドにシマノの安い１０００番のスピニングリールを付け、３ポンドのナイロンラインを巻き、近くの池に。
まずは管理釣り場のトラウト用に買ったＲＥＢＥＬのクリックホッパーを投げてみます。
すると２０センチ程のブラックバスが。
３匹程釣ったところで反応が薄くなってきましたので、いよいよ本格的にギルを狙ってみる事に。
ゲーリーヤマモトの２インチグラブを葦の中に入れてやると「ブルブル」という特有のアタリがあり、１０センチ程のギルが上がってきます。
反応が薄くなってきたところで画像のＧｕｌｐをアンダーショットリグで入れるとバスも食いついてきました。
凄い威力ですね、Ｇｕｌｐ。
パッケージにはＳＯＬＴＷＡＴＥＲと書いてありますが、淡水魚にも効くようです。
ただ、コイツがやたらと臭いんですよね。
ギル釣り用にと買ったバッグの中にも臭いが沁みついてしまいました。
どうしようかと悩んだ末、模型屋さんに走る私。
タミヤ製の塗料用のスペアボトルを買ってきました。
これなら臭いも漏れないし、液体がこぼれる心配もないでしょう。
ギルは口が小さいのでアタリがあって合わせても乗らないことが多く、なかなか釣り上げるのが難しいのでちょっとハマッてしまいそうです。
今週も行ってみようかな。
