私の愛車、ＧＩＡＮＴ社のXTC840なんですが、購入してから8年が経過しています。
その間あまり手をかけることなく過ごしてきたのですが、最近の乗り方（週に60キロくらい）からするとちょっと不安な部分や物足りない部分が出てきているのも事実でして。

そのホイールとはMAVICのクロスマックスエンデューロのＶブレーキ用。

というのも、この自転車を買ったのが会社の先輩に連れられて行った流山市のセオサイクル初石店さんだったのですね。
スタッフの方に色々と相談したのですが、親切に答えていただけました。

早速試乗しましたが、ブレーキは良く効くしシフトはスムーズ、最高速もメーター読みで何キロか上がったようです。
まぁ何年も乗りっぱなしの状態と較べてですから、いいに決まってるんですが。
さて、こうなってくると他のパーツも色々と交換したくなって来ましたよ。
今夜からまたネット漬けですね。
