お花見ツーリング ― 2011/04/10 21:53
今日は暖かくなるとの予報でしたので、桜も満開になるだろうと期待し友人KTを誘ってお花見ツーリングに。
まだ記事にしていませんでしたが、先日手に入れたビアンキイモラはKTが欲しがったのでそのままKTに譲ることになったのでした。
さて、いつものように小貝川の土手を南下し、地元では桜の名所として有名な福岡堰へ。

皆さんそれぞれに川でカヌーに乗ったり、桜の写真を撮ったり、出店の食べ物に舌鼓を打ったりと春の休日を楽しんでおられました。
せっかくなので、私たちも記念撮影。
二人ともビアンキのチェレステカラーのジャージとか初心者丸出しですね(笑）
福岡堰を後にして、学園都市方面へと走り、ラーメン屋さんで昼食。
せっかくなのでりんりんロードを走ろうということになり、一路筑波山方面へ。
りんりんロードでは、家族連れやカップル、ロードバイクのグループ、ひたすらストイックに走るロードバイクなど沢山の自転車とすれ違いました。
りんりんロードでこんなに多くの自転車が走っているのを見るのは初めてで、すれ違いの時に挨拶するのも忙しいくらいです。
こちらでも桜が７～８分咲きといったところで、北条のあたりでは桜のトンネルになっている場所もありました。
今週はちょっと早いけれど、来週末はちょっと遅いといったところですね。
微妙に満開が見られないのが残念です。

つくば休憩所で2台揃っての記念撮影。
今日はサイクルコンピュータの電池切れで走行距離が分からなかったのですが、先週同様およそ80キロ程走ったのではないかと。
これからますます暖かくなるので、もっともっと乗りますよ。
