クランクとシフター ― 2011/09/07 22:03
私のビアンキMONO-QはB4P（Born For Performance)というシリーズで、パフォーマンス重視のフレーム設計をされているそうです。
で、買った当時からフル105だったのですが、レース志向のためかクランクは53/39Tのノーマルクランクでした。
私の貧脚ではなかなか踏み切れず、筑波山に登っても途中で挫折してしまうのでコンパクトクランクを入れたいとずっと思っていましたが、今回ようやく交換に踏み切りました。
ノーマルクランクの53/39Tより歯数の少ない50/34Tになりました。
5600系と較べると、中央は光沢があり周りはつや消しになっていて、ちょっと高級感がありますね。

5700のコンパクトクランクにするには、フロントディレーラーも交換する必要があるとのことで、じゃあバーテープも汚れてきているし、いっそのことシフターも5700のものに交換してしまおうと勢いで発注してしまいました。
ケーブルが内臓されたので、随分とすっきりしました。
早速走りに行きフロントをインナーにしてみると、足がついて行かないほどクルクルとクランクが回ります。
これなら山も登れそうです。
試乗を終えて家に戻りシャワーを浴びて戻ってみると、台風の影響の強い風で自転車が倒れていて、早速シフターに傷が付いてしまいました。
なんだかなぁ（涙）
